Packages are usually shipped with USPS First Class Mail within 3-8 business days of your order. We try to get packages out as fast as we can, but conventions can cause delays. If you have a time constraint, feel free to contact us to see if we can get it out sooner. There is free shipping on all domestic orders within the US. International shipping to your country can be made available upon request.

The post office is closed on sundays and holidays. Processing time does not count these days, and orders that may normally be posted on those dates will be sent the following day.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. 1 day shipping express and other delivery dates are guarantees by the post office and are out of our control. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs. While most post office issues will be out of our hands, we will do our best to help you resolve them! 



We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. In the case of a lost or stolen item, please contact your local authorities to report the incident. We will do our best to locate packages the post office have failed to deliver. If the lost item cannot be located, we may file a claim on your behalf. Replacing items from an order will be determined on a case by case basis. 

Undeliverable/Returned Items:
All customers are responsible for correct addresses. If you are unsure of your address, check the USPS site to verify. We will not refund the amount of shipping it cost to send out and will ask for an extra shipping cost to send back out to updated addresses.

All of our items are carefully shipped. Large prints are loosely rolled into a Kraft Tube to prevent any damage, while charms will be packaged and sent in bubble mailers. Mini prints will be shipped flat unless purchased with a larger print, in which case it will go into the tube with the large print. We may use different packing methods for orders of various items. We may also have to split your order into 2 packages if they do not fit into packaging together.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after your item has been sent out, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis. We can generally refund a mistaken order if we are contacted quickly within the processing time before an item is sent out. We generally cannot refund orders that have already been sent out, but please contact us if you encounter any problems with your order.

  • Can you add Signature Confirmation?
    We can add signature confirmation for $2.90 extra. Let us know if you would like this option.
  • Will my item look different from listing photos?
    We inspect each item before it goes out to ensure it's quality. You may notice slight color differences between your monitor display, which uses RGB colors, and physically printed items that use CMYK pigments.
  • Can you ship to my country?
    International shipping can be made available to your country upon request. Please contact us to arrange this.
  • I forgot to write character names in the notes section for the pick (#) option. What do I do?
    No worries! Feel free to mail us from the contact form or email us at! We will also reach out to you as long as you provided an email.
  • When will my pre-order arrive?
    Different items have different wait times. We generally do restocks right before conventions. Mats can take a few months to arrive, while charms and prints may only take a few weeks. Feel free to contact us if you would like a specific time frame for the item you pre-ordered!
  • Do you do commissions?
    We normally only do commissions for voice actors, game designers, businesses, and conventions. If you fall under these categories, feel free to contact us for a quote. If not, we will post on our social media when we are ready to accept public commissions!
